I was very unhappy when Royal Marsden didn’t help me when my concern GP twice write a reff and twice was cancelled.
I phone pals, , , but the person I spoke to was not helpful very unpleasant to speak to, and seemed like they didn’t understand that I would like to complain and I’m phoning for help.
This is very sad.
