"Blood Test staff are fantastic"

I have taken my early teen daughter for blood tests twice at Sutton. She is extremely nervous due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. The staff at Sutton put her at ease immediately both times, had a great way with her as they could tell she was nervous and were extremely professional. Most people have difficulty taking her blood but the ladies at Sutton have managed to do this the most successfully out of everyone we have ever seen. The first time it still took 2 ladies and 2 attempts but today the lady we saw (S) was the first one to ever manage to take blood on the first attempt. The service is also very quick and we have not ever experienced any waiting time. The surroundings and parking aren't great but the staff truly are. Thank you.
