Inclusion made a massive difference to my life and continues to do so every day! Rob my keyworker gave me hope and inspiration to be a better person and I can't thank him enough!! Volunteers and staff have welcomed me into their community with open arms and I am more confident and determined to make a change to the service to better the service user experience!
