They are a fantastic service to have, especially when I don't know much about drugs. I felt that I was listened to and the lady I have relates to me with how I am feeling. I like that the environment for the families/people who use the service is a safe place to go.
I would recommend the Family Support Service to anyone who has a family member/friend who is in addiction, as you don't realise how much it affects you until you talk to someone outside your situation.
