(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

All the staff who came to my house were very pleasant and confident. They were willing to explain everything and put my mind at rest. It was also so reassuring to be updated by telephone on days when no was visiting. The service and care was first class. The treatment I received has proved to be very effective.
