I'm Lydia and I work in the team that gets in touch with people when they tell us about the support they have received.

It's really nice to know that we've helped you to build your confidence and learn to overcome your addiction.

It sounds like you are making some really positive steps! Filling your time with positive things to do is so important and it's great that you have been doing this.
