"Fantastic, honestly"

I'm from london and was up in the area visiting for the weekend. Unfortunately, I ran out of insulin. My friend from Blaydon brought me to the centre and I was expecting the usual four-hour wait that I am used to in London. First, a lovely receptionist took my details; within 10 minutes I saw a triage nurse and within five minutes a doctor. Five minutes after that, I left with a prescription for the insulin I needed. What a fantastic service and what lovely staff. Take a bow Blaydon, you deserve it
