Requesting advice regarding current advice to avoid GP surgeries. Does this practice have any sort of protocol for phone discussions regarding a case? Completely opaque response from receptionist. Only effective in heightening anxiety levels, building on a not that well prepared GP or empathetic manner in delivering messages. Surely that’s an important part of their training?
