About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended the UCC at Russells Hall with a chest infection and from the moment I walked in I felt cared for and respected. The screening nurse was kind and understanding and I only waited less than five minutes after completing the information sheet before a GP called me in. I was treated with real compassion and care by the GP who examined me and asked questions in a patient and calm way. I am so thankful for all the people who helped me during a distressing time for me. Amazing NHS staff.
