"Treated like an idiot"

I've been to this department a number of times, they never listen to my symptoms, they don't read my notes and are often confused about what they themselves have told me in the past, and when I get a follow up letter after appointments it says things they never said at the time, or says I said something about my condition that I never said. Still awaiting a proper diagnosis after a year even though I know what's wrong with me (really obvious symptoms, anyone off the street could tell you what's wrong with me).
