"Outstanding Home and Staff"

My Mum has been in St John's for 2 years and in all of that time, my family and I have always found the staff to be exceptional. They care, they spend time with the residents, there is a great range of activities and outings and the home is set in lovely grounds, well-maintained and clean.

My family and I pop in all the time, at different times of the day and night and we have always found the staff to be welcoming, caring and finding time to deal with any queries.

The whole team from the manager to the carers to the chefs, housekeeping and maintenance teams all spend time with the residents, they all care and they all find time to chat to the residents; what more could you ask for in a home?

My family and Mum's friends are all impressed with St John's House.
