(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would just like to say the support I have received from ORB and in particular Helen has been outstanding. I truly do not know how I would have coped without her. I was I a very dark place and have valued each appt. She has a wealth of knowledge that she has shared and made my journey to recovery much more bearable and she has given me insight into issues surrounding my problems and practical advice and support to aid my recovery.

Thanks for taking the time to share you feedback with us. It is lovely to hear how well you feel you have been listened to and supported. Helen is a valued member of our team, and yes you are right, she as a wealth of knowledge, I will ensure she hears your feedback.
