"Shocking"

About: The Avenue Surgery

After been given the wrong information about baby clinic from a none qualified receptionist I was offered an appointment the same day at 10.45. At 10.10 after I had given my son calpol I received a call from a member of the reception team telling me that my sons appointment that she only booked that morning had been cancelled as the nurse said it wasn’t an emergency .. I suggest that you have staff training on target days so that patients are not given the wrong information .. not only did I give my son calpol unnecessary but also took a day off nursery.
