Sent by GP to ward 26b Ninewells, greeted by friendly & caring staff. Sasha (staff nurse) was very caring and eager to help me.
Very efficient staff in MRI including a male support worker ? Colin.
Met with on call neuro consultant who was excellent, very empathetic, knowledgeable and didn’t show any signs of being too busy to talk. As I’m sure the ward was very busy.
As a health professional myself, I was extremely impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and care by all staff.
