WasVery! Nervous coming for first time but Ricky and the rest of the group put me at ease within the first session. I like the peer support aspect as before you attend you feel you are alone! 

I no longer feel like that!

Thank you for your recent post. I am really glad, despite being very nervous, that you were able to attend the group and received a warm welcome from Ricky and the rest of the group. In the knowledge that you found the group a positive experience, I would encourage you to keep attending so that you can get the support you need and know that you are not alone.
