From initial assessment to Diagnosis and treatment we have been fully supported to understand more about Dementia. We have been given the tools and techniques to cope with the impact it has on our lives.
The staff are all very professional and caring, in particular Dr Carlin for the assessment and diagnosis and then Wilma and Alison at the Post Diagnostic Support Clinic and Jo for the follow up and treatment at home.
They have given both my mum and I links into our local community voluntary groups that have really had an impact on both of us.
They are an amazing team and we could not have asked for better care at a difficult time.
