"A small procedure"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

  I was made to feel a ease immediately by the receptionist on the dept, Women's Health 1B Pilgrim Hospital.   I had to have a small procedure, I cannot praise the care I got highly enough on 1B from Sr Palmer and SN Amy. I was treated with dignity and they were so kind and made sure I had as little pain as possible. They are a credit to the department.

As a team we pride ourselves on providing high quality, personal, dignified care for our patients and when feedback is received it has such a positive effect on team morale and it reflects that we are getting things right. It is so lovely to hear you were immediately put at ease and you were treated with dignity and kindness and we made sure you experienced as little discomfort as possible during the procedure.
