(as a parent/guardian),

In mid January my 6yo was admitted with pneumonia and had to go on IV for fluids and antibiotics. There was a very kind and gentle nurse Victoria who administered first course of medication before we were transferred to a ward. She was brilliant, she talked to my child throughout the whole  process, distracting her, telling stories, she is very good with children and very natural. My daughter said she loved her. 

Thank you nurse Victoria!!

I know what a very stressful and worrying time it can be when your child is unwell and has to spend time away from home for treatment and care. It is our priority to offer all patients a high level of care and that includes making them feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. I am pleased that we met with your expectations in regards to your daughters care. I will ensure that your feedback is passed onto the staff member that you have named.
