"Wanting to see a dr"

I have been with this practice over 60 yrs and the deterioration is amazing. The appt system is ridiculous and not patient friendly at all. The staff have been so unhelpful and act like doctors instead of clerical staff.

I wanted to see a doctor after having a nasty fall, I was told I could see a nurse practitioner, but I want to see a doctor I said, since when was it a receptionists job to decide who I need to see? How can a busy practice work with one doctor?

I feel like a nuisance when I have to deal with this practice and patient care has certainly been lacking, I think it’s a disgrace.
