I recently went to A&E with suspected kidney stones. I was in terrible pain, attended to after a short period of time about 2 hours,thought that was good, and was given the care and medication that was needed. I was sent for a scan and put into a bed at station 3 overnight.
Next morning the doctor came and explained everything to me and was sent home a happy and pain free man.
