My little boy's nursery rang me in the morning to say that his thumb nail bed was swollen and infected. I rang our doctor's surgery to try and get an appointment and we were seen, antibiotics prescribed and picked up from the pharmacy, my little boy back at nursery and me back at work by lunch time.
An excellent example of how well the system can work!
