(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The assessment was carried out within an hour of phoning the GP and the treatment plan was in place. The staff were all excellent, listened to the carer's opinions and requests. They were polite and courteous towards my father despite his communication issues. Hospital at Home is a great team of kind people.

Thank you so much for getting in touch about you and your fathers recent experience with the H@H team for UHM. As a team we always strive to provide the best quality care that we can within patients own homes and we also aim to review within a one hour time frame as we are an emergency team. Your praise and feedback makes us proud and to learn that you felt the team was excellent, polite and courteous makes our job all that more rewarding. I have made sure that everyone in the team receives your positive comments.
