I booked the appointment to see a doctor's, after I received a massage above confirming my appointment. On that date above I attend my appointment, I was at the reception at 17:00pm. The receptionist asked me my date of birth after she said I'm not on the system, I asked her to double check she did. She asked me who did I spoke to when I book my appointment I said the receptionist. She said can I book you another appointment for Saturday I said no because I requested this day at work to see a doctor. I'm soo heart broken and upset because I really needed to see a doctor, I have a health threatening issue, the receptionist at Hampton surgery they don't take their job serious is nothing to do with a doctor's is the poor receptionist service, I will not go again now I have to find another GP to register.
