About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as a relative),

Sarah, Thank you so much for your time on Thursday. You made a very complex situation seem so simple and undaunting. Mum was so happy when she left you and we both feel in such good, secure hands. This is all so new and foreign to us so to have your expert advice and guidance has reassured Mum of the best path to take to help her back to work. Thank you for being so kind and patient with her today.

I think the report is absolutely excellent and I will be really happy to forward to her manager.

Thank you again,

We are so grateful.
