"Great Hospital - Bad Car Parking"

I visited the Community Hospital earlier this month for a mammogram. A lovely hospital, good and friendly service. I was there less than an hour and today received a parking fee for £60. I had paid to park (over the odds as it happens) but had inadvertently entered the carpark by the Exit. I have paid up - as I was in the wrong but I feel so angry. I would happily have paid this money to the NHS but to go to a Private Parking Company made me very upset. Please take as a warning to other users - make sure there are no violations, however minor or inadvertent, as you will have to pay heavily. Lynn Preston
