Lauryn, Richard and Dr McCartney were absolutely fantastic with my mother. They gave my mum first class care and they were extremely polite and professional and they did there job very well and were very respectful, Thank you all soo very much, it actually felt like private health care 10/10.

Thank you so much for this lovely and positive post.

As one of the nurses mentioned and as the manager it gives me pride that you and your mum's experience under the care of my team of H@H UHM was a both professional and positive. The staff here all try to achieve their best in delivering person centred care to patients within their own homes and to be scored 10/10 by yourself is really rewarding. I have passed on your kind review to all of the staff including Lauryn and Dr McCartney.
