I would like express my admiration and highlight the wonderful professional care I received before, during, and after the hernia surgery performed successfully for me yesterday at The Blackpool Victoria hospital 

from the admin to the porters ,nursing theatre teams  who performed many operations as well as mine with calm ,understanding ,personable informative and cheery manner that quickly eased my nervousness so I truly felt in safe hands as I’m sure did the many others, frankly  my frightening prospect is now a positive experience so many thanks to all and what a brilliant thing it is that you do
