"Kind caring and professional"

About: Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital

Although in do not live in the area, I visited the unit whilst

staying with a relative. There was a shortage of nursing staff which unfortunately led to a wait of over two hours. However every member of staff I came in contact with was courteous, kind and apologetic for the wait. Excellent service.
