"I feel like I have no right to a consultation"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital / Endocrinology

(as the patient),

From feb 2019 I was referred to endocrinology at the Sussex county hospital an appointment duly arriving which due to having major surgery I had to cancel a new appointment arrived and was cancelled by the hospital again and again, but was sent for a cortisol test no appointment appeared but a letter sent told me I had a tumour on my adrenal gland above the kidneys.

No appointment arrived a year on I was telephoned and told my appointment which I didn’t receive until 2days later had been cancelled. I feel like there must be something   seriously wrong with this department at the hospital an it appears not fit for purpose. I feel that I don’t matter and that I have no right to have a consultation about the condition and it’s prognosis and I respectfully suggest that they should read the N H S Constitution for England. I feel that I have been treated with contempt and as if I am stupid.
