"Good service "

This is written on behalf of my 93 year old mum .Phoned this morning a Gp phoned me back very quickly and asked if I could manage to get mum to the surgery ,although this was difficult (They would have done a home visit ) given an appt for the morning ,the GP was excellent and gave us a plan for the Weekend and told us she would phone on Monday .Later on after providing a sample another GP phoned with instructions for 3 days of antibiotics .My mum feels very reassured and happy with the care given and follow up phone call for Monday .She is new to this practice and although elderly rarely visits doctors ,the surgery was very busy this morning but she felt very fortunate to have been given appt and seen
