For the first time ever I had to have a wee operation yesterday. From the minute I arrived at the day surgery at the ERI I felt reassured and looked after. Kathy saw me right from the start to end of my stay and knew just the right things to say. She reassured and forewarned me. She was so kind.
I had to stay over night just to be sure all was well and I got over emotional!! And the staff all went out of their way to check I was ok and if there was anything they could do.
I was a little terrified in advance by the whole hospital experience, but I shouldn’t have been. Keep being wonderful you guys.
