The staff at ENT and on S12 are amazing, absolutely fantastic. You feel really safe in their hands.
The admin side of appointments / clinic / surgery is super stressful and Bookings and department dont seem to speak to each other....but the staff themselves from the secretary's to the nurses are all superb.
