About: New Queen Street Surgery

I spent 2 days trying to get through after the first day I wasn't able to see anyone. the second day I managed to see a doctor a lovely man who was able to put my mind at ease. it is a shame that you have to go to such lengths to get to see a dr not all the nurses are the best one in particular her manner is so abrupt .I appreciate the pressures I do not bother anyone unless I have to but get very frustrated by the time you have to spend trying to get to see who you need thanks to the doctor I saw for today he was a star..

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had difficulties getting through to the surgery to book an appointment on your initial phone call but am pleased that you did eventually manage to get an appointment albeit the following day.

We do appreciate and take on board patient's feedback regarding access to appointments and we are continually working as hard as we can to provide a safe effective service.
