Louise has been there for me whenever I needed her, no matter how busy she was.  Instead of contacting my mental health worker, I chose to phone Louise instead as she takes the time to listen to me and she never judges me.

I feel comfortable opening up to her and she knows how to help me when I am feeling anxious.

I enjoy the times when we laugh together and sing songs as it takes me away from my troubles for a while.
