Awful, as a type 1 Diabetic I can honestly say this practice is truly poor. Forever going to collect insulin and test strips and being told the gp surgery hadn't bothered sending the prescription back to my local chosen chemist. Don't bother trying to book an appointment, you'll be 40th in the queue at 8am and when, if anyone bothers to answer you'll be told no appointments are left. So glad I recently switched gp practices to another in the area.

Thanks for your feedback, obviously as your review is anonymous I can't look at your specific issues, but these are areas we are currently working on as a practice, and spending considerable time trying to improve. Hope you have a better experience at your new practice. LH.
