(as the patient),

I attended Pilgrim Hospital at Women’s   Health -   Ward 1B and I had the loveliest, most considerate, kind Consultant - Dr Rao she was great, personable and very patient with me and my MS and difficulties that come with my condition plus the Nurses that also helped her were amazing! ! ! ! Oh my word, I was so anxious but they all helped me and were very kind and thoughtful- I couldn’t have asked for better staff to help me - THANK YOU ALL 👍😁. So consultant was Dr Rao, her lovely, extremely helpful staff were Emma, Janet and Anita! ! ! HUGE THANK YOU. They were ALL so lovely and can’t say nothing against them. Thanks again! ! ! ! ! 👍✨😃

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatient department at Pilgrim hospital. We understand it can be such a worrying time for ladies having to visit our colposcopy clinic. All our staff pride themselves on delivering a high standard of care, attending to each individuals needs. I am so pleased to hear you found the staff kind, considerate and patient towards you, which in turn helped reduce your anxiety and made the procedure a little easier for you. When such positive feedback is received it gives such a boost to team morale and we know we are getting it right for our patients. Thank you once again for your lovely comments and I will make sure they are passed onto the team, in particular those you mentioned.

Hi Tracy

Thank you for your response to my comment 😁. It is an anxious situation to be in, but I think with having my mobility disability and condition, it makes these types of situations even more stressful, as it’s not easy to get in position etc. I appreciated all the staff and my comments were 100% true, but may be having to see them again, due to my result 😢.
