Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely comment about the recent care and treatment you had in the Emergency Department at Conquest Hospital; we really appreciate it.

The Trust works hard to provide a high standard of care to all patients, and so we are really pleased to read this has been your experience. Having sutures is a procedure that not all patients find particularly nice or comfortable to undergo, and so it’s very reassuring to learn the nurse you saw took time to put you at ease and treated you with kindness and compassion. This must have been a welcome source of comfort (and possibly a welcome distraction?!) and gave you confidence in the nurse’s skills.

We will ensure your kind words are shared with the senior nursing team for the Emergency Department as they will want to read how much you appreciated the care and kindness shown to you. We wish you good health now and for the future.
