When you can’t see and have an appointment in a large and unfamiliar building it’s stressful.
From the staff members who saw me outside and took me to main reception, the receptionist who in the absence of anyone else was kind enough to take me to the mammogram department, the receptionissts there who helped me get some water for my guide dog and the absolutely wonderful radiologist who conducted the mammogram and took my dog with her safely behind the screen it was just a brilliant example of people doing the right thing with the right attitude. Thank you Kings for a great experience this morning.
"this is how it should be done."
