"poor service"

i rang the surgery on friday to request a medical ceriticate as my mum has passed away. i was told i had to request this online through the e consultation process. i did this, and recd feedback saying i would be contacted by 18 30 on monday. i hadnt recd a reply by pm monday so popped into tavyside and was told to wait a call. i still have not recd a call, i am now in breach of my work policy as a certificate was due from saturday. i was reqd to call my work today. the email now stats i should be called tmrw, it is my mums funeral tnmw so i will not be available. ps... i have typed this twice the first time was not allowed because i punctuated using capital i's. Not good at all.
