"Wonderful care"

My 95 yr old Mum has just spent 7 days as an inpatient. She had pneumonia. I cannot praise enough the wonderful care she received from Majors A & E, the assessment ward and Ward 42, where she spent most of her stay. Everyone was so kind to her and transformed what could have had a very bleak outlook into a successful, happy outcome. She is very grateful, as am I, for the dedication and professionalism of all staff, doctors, nurses and housekeeping, on ward 42. If you remember Win, she sends her regards to you all.
