Just wanted to say thank you to you all for carrying out my vasectomy on 14th Feb 2020, a special day for the procedure, my wife coined the phrase Happy Valensectomy Day to celebrate the event.
You were all very welcoming and put us at ease on what can be a stressful and anxious event for those not used to hospitals or operations, thank you for your professionalism and also your caring and positive upbeat approach which made the whole experience as easy as it could be.
Also a special thanks for the corny jokes, distractions, stories and questions during the most uncomfortable parts of the procedure; that made a real difference and gave me something else to think about while the tubes were being sorted…. much appreciated and thanks for putting up with my aimless ramblings while I tried to keep my mind off it and give a somewhat coherent response!
I take my hat off to you all for doing what you do and caring for those in your charge and making them as comfortable as possible, it takes a special kind of person to do that day in and day out without distancing yourself too much and still treating each patient as a human and not just the next in the line – thank you.
Yours thankfully,
James
