"Disgusting Customer Service "

Just called the doctors to see if I could get a call back and the receptionist was so rude. Before I even said what my issue was she said we're only taking emergency appointments call back tomorrow at 8.00am to which I said o ok well iv found a lump and she and she said well is it an emergency and I said well it's a lump and she said are you telling me it's an emergency as we are only taking emergency calls you can call back tomorrow morning.

Just so rude, it took me all morning to build the courage up to call and her rude reaction has really upset me and I certainly do not want to be calling back tomorrow!
