"Professional ,Reassuring,Caring Staff"

Arrived A&E by car. Seen immediately as pain so high. Given pain control and examinations by wonderful staff. Transferred to ward 15 All staff on the ward saw to my every need. Stayed with me when I was scared of the surgery . They were always so busy looking after very poorly people over every 24 hour period and I mean every member of staff on the ward. Loved the porters, their sense of humour made visits for scans and tests less daunting and just what I needed. I have no downside to this review, I needed emergency help and received it from professionals at every turn. Thank you Cramlington staff for how you helped me through a difficult time, I had never had major surgery before. I also got an insight into the valuable NHS and how we must protect it and also value those who work within it. Last comment the meals were also excellent, well done to the catering service.
