About: Stevenson Day Centre

(as a service user),

My husband attends Day Care  at the Stevenson Day Care Centre three days a week. He enjoys his time there and is always keen to attend. The staff are very kind and caring to all the service users and their families. Where possible they tailor activities and events to cater for the interests of the people attending on any particular day.  

The staff have become friends and both my husband and I feel very supported.

Many thanks for taking the time to contact us about the day service that your husband attends and I will make a point of passing on your kind comments to the staff at the Stevenson Day Service.

As you say, the staff always try to factor in individual requests to their care planning and very much need the relatives to be a part of that consultation, so thank you for supporting the work that staff carry out.

Your description of the staff becoming friends to both you and your husband makes for very emotional reading and I know that the staff at the centre will be touched by these words and they will be greatly received.
