"Worst clinic I have ever been in London"

Arrived with major symphtoms nearly 3 hours before closing, Saturday 12.15 pm. Filled the form and immediately after it I was told there is no slots left. Why they call it walk in clinic if patient arrives 3 hours before closing and receptionist refuses to put you in the queue. Just wasted my energy time and money for travelling and Im left with anxiety and no help. I will escalate this further. Close the clinic why you advertising its open on saturday when at the end you show the door to people who arrive all the way because they seek treatment. Horrible experience
