"emergency admission"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had a massive  blood loss at home, the ambulance came quickly. At the hospital (Treliske) I was dealt with speedily. I was kept informed every step of the way with what was happening, compassion & understanding by all the staff in resuscitation was paramount. I was then taken to the Gastroenterology & Liver  ward room 5, there the medical  team under Dr Stableforth tried to find solution to my problem, unfortunately  it was not to be, the team did their best I 'm sure. I was treated at all times as a human being & with great kindness by all the staff on that ward. I shall always be grateful for the high level of treatment I received.
