"Poor receptionist disgusting attitude from staff "

I attended today for an emergency appointment due to an usual lump appeared on my neck being very pain . I have poor mobility and struggle to walk, so it was a great effort for me to attend rather than waste hospital time. On asking for an emergency appointment I was rudely spoke to by receptionist and told no way an appointment could and she was rude and stated I have to try and return on Monday 17/02/20 for a possible appointment if I’m lucky this is an appalling service
