"Outstanding Service"

This week I fell off a ladder and landed on my head and shoulder. The ambulance telephone response talked me through the worst time until the ambulance arrived promptly. From then on the care received in the ambulance and at the emergency department was just amazing. A big thank you to all the caring staff. They did an X ray on my shoulder, A CT scan on my head, glued my head wound and made me feel special despite there being a constant flow of patients coming in by ambulance. I feel proud to live near such a great team
