I find it very disappointing that you have to wait longer for results of a CT scan than the wait for the actual appointment (6 weeks )as the scan is available the same day it not really acceptable

We were sorry to learn of the disappointment regarding your CT scans and apologise that your experience wasn’t what you expected.

Your comments have been passed onto The Radiology Service Manager who would like to re-assure you that the Trust values all feedback and that yours is especially important because there is development work in progress to try and improve the current reporting of scans.
