"Excellent staff"

About: St Richard's Hospital

I spent six days on Lavant ward from Christmas Day. The attention I received was excellent from Ambulance crew, A & E. All the staff on the ward were wonderful and very efficient. Ward was very clean especially the bedding. Only down side was food which was ruined every time by the appalling cooks.

What a lovely post, thank you so much. We will share your comments with the A&E department and Lavant Ward and they will be delighted. However I am sorry that you did not feel that the food was very good and I will share this with the Catering Manager so they are aware. We hope you are feeling better now and thank you once again for taking the time to give us this feedback, we really do appreciate it.
